The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) has prepared the amendment draft on Deviation Settlement Mechanism and Related Matters Regulations, 2024 – and the same is available on the commission’s website, www.cercind.gov.in.
CERC is now inviting comments / suggestions / objections from the stakeholders and interested persons on the provisions of the above draft regulation. The comments / suggestions / objections may be sent to the Secretary, Central Electricity Regulatory Commission, World Trade Centre, 6th, 7th & 8th Floor, Tower-B, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi -110029 or may be mailed to secy@cercind.gov.in and cerc.readvisor@gmail.com on or before 26th June, 2026.
The comments / suggestions may also be uploaded by 26th June, 2026 through SAUDAMINI Portal after login and clicking: e-Regulation link on the efiling Home Page. For any query on uploading on the SAUDAMINI Portal, e-Court Helpdesk at 011-26189709 Extension 260 may be contacted.
