Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd., (POWERGRID) has appointed Anjana Luthra as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer.
Luthra (aged 48 years) is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She holds a B.Com. (Hons.) degree and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Delhi.
She has over 25 years of diverse experience across corporate secretarial, legal, finance, and compliance functions. Her expertise spans corporate governance, statutory and regulatory compliance, formation of new ventures, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, regulatory liaison, financial planning, fund management, taxation, structuring of commercial contracts, loan and transaction-specific agreements, intellectual property rights and litigation.
During her tenure at POWERGRID, she contributed to several key assignments including FPO and initiatives that earned the organisation prestigious accolades for Corporate Governance.
