Tata Power – DDL introduced  ‘No Power Supply’ to provide customers with a hassle-free experience, making the complaint registration convenient. 

Tata Power Delhi Distribution introduced a WhatsApp service ‘No Power Supply’ (NPS) for consumers to register their complaints on Company’s Official WhatsApp Number – 7303482071.

The feature has been launched to provide a hassle-free experience with real-time response, by eliminating the customer wait time on the customer care centre number. To register their complaint end users can message on the given number using their registered mobile number (RMN) or the Customer Account Number (CA No). The customers will immediately receive the message for restoration time or the complaint number with all the other necessary information post sending the message.

  • NPSCA<space><CA No> or NPSCA XXXXXXXXX
