In our 11000 sq.mtr spread plant we are using well equipped machineries like Aluminium die casting, CNC turning, CNC vertical machine, impregnation plant, Lathes drills threading machines, Powder coating plant, Liquid paint plant, Hydraulic press machines, Shot blasting machines & Fabrication machineries like- Welding Shearing and Rolling. With latest and well equipped Handling equipments in our Stores area and Dispatch area, we are easing and improvising timelines. Every process in-house makes better control on quality and delivery.
We dealt with a policy of Best Quality, A dedicated team & infrastructure, for precise inspection of our products and to deliver the best in market. Our product has high life durability, after installation of our product performance is with due care and proper incoming, in process and outgoing quality. We are using duly calibrated instruments by national accredited laboratories.
In well designed and fully equipped fresh atmospheric premises, we are working hard with about 150 well trained and experienced employees for manufacturing Silica Gel Breather, Magnetic Oil Level Gauge, Buchholz Relays, Pressure Relief Valve, Thermosyphen Filter, Bimetallic Thermometer and many other products.
A vision to create and produce an extraordinary products with new technology, we had a Dream for Breather’s automatic recharging technology. After 5-6 years of hard & tuff technical experiments, we have succeeded in our product making and now we are introducing our dream product to transformer’s world SILICA GEL RECHARGING BREATHER (Automatic) with a capability to automatically recharge silica gel. At present many units are working throughout the country resulting in satisfactory performance.
