With a range of exhibits and products, the exhibitors presented their advanced product portfolio with featuring indoor-outdoor lights, architectural lighting, decorative lighting landscape lighting, commercial lighting, lighting components and accessories and raw materials, and lots more. A strong emphasis on sustainability was evident, with the participants and sessions discussing the energy saving and sustainable practices through LED lighting solutions.

The journey with LED Expo and Messe Frankfurt India has been phenomenal. Right now, we carry a customer base of more than 700 B2B customers and a lot of credit goes to Messe Frankfurt India and the LED Expo team”, Raj Shah, Managing Director, Power Palazzo said delightedly with the business development through the show.
“We are into power, electronics, R&D, product development and manufacturing. I am associated with Messe Frankfurt India for very long time, however, Uniglobus is just three-year old and the company has been associated with the show for two and a half year. For us, generally, the response at LED Expo is good and we get visitors from the lighting fraternity”, B S Praveen, Director, Uniglobus, shared.
The LED Expo in Mumbai was a showcase of the latest in lighting technology, featuring everything from energy-efficient LEDs to smart lighting solutions. This event served as a crucial platform for networking, with industry leaders sharing insights and innovations.
Apart from the exciting displays, a series of seminars and workshops led by Women in Lighting and Illuminating Engineering Society. The overarching theme of the sessions focused on discussing the industry highlighted the fundamentals of light and its technicalities. The discussions emphasised on using light intelligently to enhance the spatial experiences and bring art elements in focus, amplify the spatial depth and enhance the mood. The sessions witnessed a houseful seminar area with an overwhelming round of QnA from the audience. This reinforces the importance of LED Expo as a knowledge hub.
Sharing his thoughts on the sessions and expo, Dr Amardeep Dugar, Director at Large, IES (Illuminating Engineering Society), said: “It has been a great experience to be part of the LED Expo. We would like to congratulate Messe Frankfurt India for putting up together such a great show. The educational content, the audience and the level of enthusiasm that I have seen from the people is interesting and encouraging for us as lighting professionals. We had some insightful sessions and great interactions, exciting displays of products. It’s good to see Indian market growing and maturing, and we have a lot to learn from this. The LED Expo is a great step in taking this forward, educating the people and getting them more involved. I am proud to be a part of the LED Expo.”
LED Expo satisfied 97% of the visitors who were able to strike new business relations, explore innovations gather market impression and do their research on procurement. The expo resulted in fulfilling the 96% of visitors with vendor and supplier development.
Coming down to attend the show all the way from Chennai, V Ravichandran, Founder/Director, Inventaa, said: “We are from Chennai and have come to visit the LED Expo to understand the new market and explore new products. The exhibition is well organized and we can see a good number of footfalls here and lot of new models and new varieties have been displayed. We are happy to visit this expo.”
