KUSAM-MECO’ has introduced a new “Partial Discharge Acoustic Imager Model KM-PDAI.
It is an ideal instrument which can be used as a standalone system for acoustic image measurements and signal analysis. It is a rugged, versatile tool which can help to easily identify a variety of undesirable industrial conditions, like electric faults, gas leaks. With high accuracy the KM-PDAI helps to instantly see audible and ultrasonic noises that are hard to detect. It is equipped with 128 Digital Microphones. By adding an optional Thermal Camera part, the KM-PDAI can change functions between acoustic imaging and Thermal Imaging, making the diagnosis more comprehensive and efficient.
The detection distance is 0.3m ~ 100m. It has storage capacity 64GB; Max 128GB. The Display is 7”, with resolution 1280 x 800 pixel. The Resolution of thermal camera is 640 x 512 pixel. The Temperature measurement range is -20°C ~ 650°C with adjustable Emissivity 0.01 to 1.00.
