As a part of Business expansion programme, CIL has set up a separate EPC Division in the year 2010 exclusively for execution of Turnkey Projects for development of Electricity infrastructure and Electrification under different Govt of India Developmental Schemes like, REC, RGGVY, DDUGHY, IPDS RHhe, HVDS & RDSS etc. CIL has successfully completed various Trunkey projects and executing high value EPC projects awarded under various Schemes of Govt of India with appreciation by state governments for timely Execution of Projects
CIL has developed sophisticated infrastructure to carry out business operations in a precise manner with high speed modern machines for manufacturing conductors, LT Power & Control Cables and LT AB Cables. Our present capacity stands 1,00,000 Kms PA of Conductors for use up to 33kV lines, 18,000 Kms PA EHV Conductors for use up to 765kV lines and 30,000 Kms PA for all types of LT Cables including Aerial Bunched Cables We are recognized as an established approved vendor for supply of Cable & Conductors with power utilities like PGCIL, NTPC, NHPC, BHEL, DVC, CESC WBPDCL including State Electricity Transmission and Distribution companies and EPC contractors viz L&T Construction, Bajaj, Kalpataru Power Transmission Godrej, KEC International, ABB India Ltd, Voltas Ltd Ashoka Buildcon Ltd. Sterling & Wilson Ltd. We are also having our overseas approval in countries like Bangladesh, Nepal Kenya, Gambia, Rawanda, Philippines We have been felicitated by PGCIL for prompt supply of conductors to their various transmission & distribution projects.
